Business Tech Students:

1) Please work on Lessons 14 and 15 today

2) Learn M, Learn X, Game Tab

3) Learn P, Learn V, Game Tab

4) Make sure to use the fingers assigned by MicroType.  Keep the covers on while typing.

5) Those with Green Test Papers can have free-time ONLY IF you’re Lesson Report Tracker is all filled out to Lesson 15!!

6) Those without Green Test Papers must work on Lesson 12, Improve Keystroking and Build Skill Tabs and Print Out the Lesson Report to Printer #1.

Advanced Students

1)  Turn in your Wireless Device Article to the substitute today.  You will receive points for your work.  Make sure your name is on it.

2)  Create yourself a MicroType Account.  I will be testing your typing speed to see if you qualify for the Advanced Business Tech class in high school this week.

3)  Practice on a Measurement Writing Tab. You’re aiming for 30 WPM or more.

Business Tech Students:

1) Speed Test #2 has been postponed to tomorrow.

2) Keep the Blue Covers on while you are practicing today.

3) Finish Lesson #13 Review (all 4 tabs) Print out Lesson Report to Printer #1.  Staple to back of the Lesson Report Tracker.

4) Those with free time stickers get free time when you complete Lesson #13.

5) Those without free time stickers continue to practice for tomorrow’s Speed Test.  You need 16 WPM to pass the test tomorrow.  So keep practicing.

Advanced Students

1) Turn in the Wonders of Wireless Survey to the substitute today for 40 points.

2) If you missed the videos we saw in class, you can view it again as homework by clicking on this link.

3) Go onto the internet and find a upcoming wireless device you will write about on your next PowerPoint Presentation.  Print this article out to Printer #1.

4) After you print the article, READ IT!  I want to see underlines, highlighting, circling, SOMETHING that proves to me you actually READ this article.

5) Any article that’s left blank with no writing on it, I’ll assume you just hit the print button and then WASTED the rest of the period talking.

6) No games, no free time.  If the sub catches any of you goofing off or wondering around the room I will write a referral for you on Friday.
