Welcome to Applied Technology - is a year long course designed to introduce you to basic computer concepts as defined in the California State Standards. You will learn how the computer operates, become familiar with basic computer vocabulary, develop extensive keyboarding skills, and participate in activities involving computer applications such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Dreamweaver (if time permits).
