My Accomplishments in Applied Tech

This year, I made a lot of accomplishments while in Applied Tech. So let’s start on this successful year, I contributed to the Microsoft “Choose to Code” contest for $500. I also contributed to the Downhill Car Project 2015, as well as the Back to School Night Photoshop project. Alright, so let’s begin on how I contributed to the Microsoft contest, I had to make an account to the website using my student email, and my partner, Alex Arcos, and I began to figure out the code behind games that we were developing. The way I contributed to the Downhill Car Project 2015 was that my team of 5 was in charge of making the website from Weebly. Nonetheless, I took part in the Back to School Night Photoshop project by bringing my photo-shopping skills to the test by creating an enjoyable background with the 7th grade student’s little sibling.

Some more accomplishments I did while in the Applied Tech class was the internet courses called Venture and Radius, where both provided me with better understandings on how to prepare for the real world life. To end, I did a life simulation where I learned how to live life while maintaining a social life, this simulation was called TeachBanzai.
